Information from your consent form and medical records is kept 6 years after your last treatment or 3 years after death. For anyone under the age of 18 records will be kept until their 26th birthday or 3 years after death.
The basis on this we process your sensitive information (special category) is so that we can make recommendations on a course of treatment and rehabilitation
