Do you have tight calf muscles? Here are
some techniques to try and help relax those calves!
1) Gastroc/Soleus Stretch
2) Use a foam roller to relieve your calf
3) Give it a massage!
Ali is sharing some video's with us here to help strengthen ankles/calves & improve balance. These exercises can be done in 3 sets of 10, 3 times a week.
1) Alternate standing on your heels & toes
2) Strengthen your ankle & calf muscles
3) Balance training

Taping is a procedure that uses athletic tape (pressure-sensitive tape similar to surgical tape or elastic therapeutic tape), attached to the skin, to physically hold muscles or bones at a certain position. This reduces pain and aids recovery. Taping is usually used to help recover from overuse and other injuries.
