At Isla Sell Physiotherapy, we're passionate about helping people move better, feel better and live better. As our clinics continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Team Lead Physiotherapist / Clinic Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious physiotherapist who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key role in the development and progression of our clinics, combining hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves physiotherapy, enjoys helping others grow, and wants to make a meaningful impact on both patients and colleagues.

This is a combined clinical and managerial position. Alongside managing your own patient caseload, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of our clinics, support team members and contribute to the continued growth and development of the business.

You'll be working across 3-4 clinic locations, leading by example and helping maintain the high standards of care that our patients know and trust.

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatment 
• Manage your own clinical caseload 
• Provide supervision, mentoring and support to junior clinicians 
• Help coordinate staff rotas, annual leave and clinic cover 
• Support the day-to-day running of multiple clinic locations 
• Ensure exceptional patient care and customer service standards 
• Contribute to service development and clinic growth 
• Identify opportunities for new services and innovations 
• Maintain excellent clinical governance and professional standards 
• Support the ongoing development of the wider team 

✔ Is a qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC and CSP registration
✔ Has a minimum of 5 years post-graduate clinical experience
✔ Is trained in acupuncture
✔ Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
✔ Has experience mentoring, supervising or leading others
✔ Is organised, proactive and able to work independently
✔ Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Is passionate about physiotherapy and committed to continuous learning
✔ Enjoys being part of a team and helping others succeed

• Pilates training and experience 
• Previous private practice experience 
• Previous management or leadership experience 
• Interest in business development and service growth 
• Experience introducing or developing new clinical services
