Nicole enjoys getting out in the beautiful countryside, including walking, wild swimming, and climbing. When the weather is not so good, she can be found with a good book!

Whether it be a stiff arthritic joint, a tight neck and shoulders or a post event rub down, Tony can help. Tony has a Level 3 & 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy from Bath University.
Holly joined Isla Sell Physiotherapy in December 2021, and assists the practice with everything from social media and marketing to telephone bookings and office administration. Chances are if you give us a call on our main number - you'll speak to Holly first of all and she can expertly assist you with your enquiry or booking.

Emily is a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and CSP. She graduated from Plymouth Uni in 2021. and works as a senior MSK Physio in the NHS alongside Isla Sell Physiotherapy.
Outside of work Emily likes to keep fit through hyrox, running and CrossFit. She also loves being by the sea walking the Cornish coastline and travelling.
