I qualified from Plymouth university in 2009. From there I went on to work in the NHS and Sports Clubs. I was a physiotherapist for Hampshire RFU, Winchester RFC and then went on to work as a private physiotherapist in Winchester Racquets and Fitness and David Lloyd.
I have a keen interest in CrossFit training, Rugby and also women’s health physiotherapy.

I set up Isla Sell Physiotherapy in Torpoint in 2014 and have since expanded into my new premises including a rehab gym.
