Established in Torpoint in 2014, Isla Sell Physiotherapy has grown to include a purpose-built rehabilitation gym, a second clinic in Looe and a fantastic team of clinicians. We're proud to support our local community with friendly, professional care.

Our experienced team includes physiotherapists, sports therapists and massage therapists with specialist interests including women's health, sports injuries, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction and acupuncture, ensuring you receive the right care for your individual needs.

Andy has participated in a wide range of sports including academy football, rugby, ice hockey, running, and golf, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the physical demands placed on the body. This sporting background helps inform his approach to assessment, rehabilitation, and return to activity.
Outside of the clinic, Andy enjoys spending time golfing and walking his dogs, keeping active while maintaining a great balance between movement and wellbeing.

Asawari is a Chartered Physiotherapist, registered with both the HCPC and CSP. With a strong background in musculoskeletal and community physiotherapy in India, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience, having worked in a highly specialised manual therapy setting. Since moving to the UK, she has furthered her expertise by completing a

Since moving to the UK, she has furthered her expertise by completing a Master's in Advanced Professional Practice at the University of Plymouth, strengthening her skills in evidence-based care and clinical reasoning. Alongside treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, Asawari has developed specialist interests in Women's Health Physiotherapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation (including vertigo and dizziness) and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Dysfunction. She combines hands-on treatment with personalised rehabilitation programmes to help patients move better, feel stronger and achieve meaningful, long-lasting results through compassionate, individualised care.

Luke is a highly skilled sports therapist known for his expertise in acupuncture, massage, manual therapy, and muscle energy techniques. He excels in pain management and improving mobility and stays updated with the latest rehab methods ensuring innovative & effective treatments.

Henry is an MSc-qualified, HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with a background in professional sport and a passion for helping people move well, recover from injury and achieve their goals. Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, Henry played professional rugby for Wasps and Plymouth Albion, represented England Counties U20s, and toured Georgia before retiring to complete his Master's degree. Alongside physiotherapy, he continues to pursue his passion for sport, competing in CrossFit, running half marathons and returning to rugby with Devonport Services in National League 2 West. Henry combines his clinical knowledge with first-hand experience of elite sport to provide evidence-based, individualised treatment. Whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to exercise or looking to improve your performance, his aim is to help you move with confidence and get back to doing what you enjoy. Outside of the clinic, Henry enjoys CrossFit, running, sea swimming and spending time outdoors with his dog, Milo.

Whether it be a stiff arthritic joint, a tight neck and shoulders or a post event rub down, Tony can help. Tony has a Level 3 & 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy from Bath University.
With clinics in Torpoint and Looe, we offer modern treatment rooms, a dedicated rehabilitation gym, specialist exercise equipment and everything you need to support your recovery.
